Overview
تبحث هذه الدراسة في ما أنكره الأزهري في معجمه (تهذيب اللغة) على ابن دريد في معجمه (الجمهرة)، وتناول فيه الباحث الألفاظ التي طعن فيها الأزهري على ابن دريد، ودرسها في المعاجم العربية الأخرى، لاسيما المعاجم المقاربة في تاريخ تأليفها لمعجم (الجمهرة)؛ بهدف التعرف على منهج الأزهري في النقد اللغوي لابن دريد، وحاولت الدراسة تبيُّن أسباب هذه المطاعن وتفسيرها تفسيراً لغوياً وصوتياً لإجلاء حقيقة النقد والتحقق من موضوعيته. وانتهى البحث إلى جملة من الأسباب التي تفسر هذه المطاعن، منها ما يتعلق بالجانب الصوتي، واختلاف اللهجات، ومنها ما يرجع على التصحيف والتحريف، زيادة على المنهج الذي أتبعه الأزهري في النقد اللغوي لبعض العلماء، والذي حذا به لإنكار بعض آراء ابن دريد.
