Overview
شكل برنامج الجنرال شال - منذ استدعائه من طرف الجنرال شارل ديغول صيف 1958م لقيادة هيئة أركان الجيش الفرنسي بالجزائر-، خطوة رائدة في تطور الاستراتيجية العسكرية الفرنسية الهادفة للقضاء على الثورة الجزائرية، عن طريق إضعاف خصمه ميدانيا، بعد أن جاء ببرنامج عسكري متصل بسلسلة الحرب النفسية، مرورا بتعزيز سياسة التطويق الحدودي بالجبهتين الشرقية والغربية للجزائر، يضاف إلى ذلك خط شائك كهربائي موازي لخط الجنرال موريس لعزل وحدات جيش التحرير الوطني عن الخارج، وتوسيع نطاق المحتشدات لعزل الشعب عن الثورة.
