هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير المسار المهني غير المحدود على النجاح المهني بأبعاده الإثنين على النجاح المهني (العقلية غير المحدودة، تفضيل التنقل التنظيمي)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة بلغت (٣٨٦) مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج. SPSS & AMOS، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن بعد العقلية غير المحدودة يؤثر تأثيرا طرديا معنويا في النجاح المهني الشخصي، بينما بعد تفضيل التنقل التنظيمي يؤثر عكسيا في النجاح المهني الموضوعي، بالإضافة إلى ذلك بعد العقلية غير المحدودة يؤثر تأثيرا طرديا معنويا في النجاح المهني الموضوعي، بينما بعد التنقل التنظيمي يؤثر تأثيرا طرديا معنويا في النجاح المهني الموضوعي وذلك بالتطبيق على المهن الطبية بمستشفيات جامعة عين شمس التخصصي.
