Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر السياسة النقدية على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021)، حيث تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع (ARDL) في تقدير العلاقة طويلة الأجل بعد التأكد من وجود تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن السياسة النقدية في الجزائر غير فعالة نسبيا في التأثير على التضخم، ويرجع ذلك أساسا إلى الاعتماد على الإصدار النقدي من أجل تغطية العجز في الميزانية العامة دون مقابل للكتلة النقدية، كما أن التضخم في الجزائر عبارة عن تضخم هيكلي ناتج عن عوامل غير نقدية مثل تبعية الاقتصاد الجزائري للخارج وانتشار السوق الموازية.
