تقف هذه الدراسة على تحليل النقد البيئي النسوي في الأدب العربي، فقد عني البحث بدراسة التمثلات المتصلة في خطابات النزعة البطرياركية في أدب الرواية؛ التي تكشف عن خصائص المجازات والمفاهيم الممثلة للسرد النسوي؛ وظفت الدراسة مبادئ النقد البيئي وأدواته لبيان الصلة بين العلاقات النسوية والمشهد الطبيعي، وما ينطوي عليها من أيدولوجيات مشتركة في تشكيل الرؤية الأخلاقية البيئية، وذلك من خلال تقديم ممارسة تطبيقية على رواية (خشخاش-1978) للكاتبة سميحة خريس.
