Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات التحول إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية في مركب الحديد والصلب بعنابة. ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توزيع 100 استبيان على إطارات ومسؤولين بالمركب، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية ببرنامج spssv 25 وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المركب يتوفر على متطلبات التحول إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية، غير أنه يركز على بعض من المتطلبات دون الأخرى. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية واضحة قائمة على التكافؤ في توفير مستلزمات التحول.
