Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية صندوق ضبط الإيرادات الجزائري، في الإقلاع الاقتصادي والحد من تغيرات أسعار النفط. حيث يعتمد الصندوق على النفط كمورد رئيسي وهذا ما يضعه في دائرة الخطر بفعل تقلبات أسعار النفط وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن دوره يكمن في تخفيض حجم المديونية وتغطية العجز الموازني وكونه يعاني من ضعف كبير في عدة مستويات وهذا راجع إلى انخفاض التحويلات وارتفاع عمليات السحب من أصوله ما يحول دون القدرة على جعله مورد متجدد للإيرادات بما يخدم الاقتصاد والإقلاع الاقتصادي.
