سلط المقال الضوء على موضوع بعنوان مكة بعنوان ألمانية. دار حول مراد فيلفريد هوفمان الذي اشتهر بكتابيه \"الطريق إلى مكة\" و\"الإسلام كبديل\" حيث يشكل نخبة مع مفكري ومثقفي الغرب صوتا ثقافيا متميزا يدعو الغرب إلى إعادة قراءة الإسلام والتخلي عن مركزيته ومنزعه الإيديولوجي المتعالي الذي يتعامل مع الآخر المختلف بمبدأ الطمس والحجب والإلغاء، كما يعرض تجربة الحج إلى بيت الله الحرام، وكيف انطلقت من مكة مواكب النور لتغمر أقطار العالم، وقد كان التحاق هوفمان للإسلام نقطة مفصلية في نقده الحداثة الغربية، ويعد أثمن ما في كتابه دعوته إلى فصل المنظومة الفقهية عن الفكر الإسلامي، وأكد على أن الإسلام الحقيقي سيجد المرء في المنفى أي في أوروبا وأمريكا. واختتم المقال بالإشارة إلى أنه تناول صعوبات حياة المسلم في مجتمع يخضع لحملات التشويه والكراهية ضد المسلمين. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2024
