تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح اختلال توازن سوق العمل من خلال اختبار العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم وتقدير منحنى فيليبس الأصلي في الجزائر خلال 1990-2020 وبغية الوصول للهدف قمنا بتحليل نظري لمنحنى فيليبس استنادا للدراسات السابقة كما قمنا بإجراء دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ vecm وذلك اعتمادا على بيانات سنوية لكل من متغيرات الدراسة والمتمثلة في البطالة، التضخم ومعدل الناتج الداخلي الخام، توصلت الدراسة أنه هناك علاقة تكامل متزامنة واحدة بين متغيرات الدراسة، وأنه العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر علاقة إيجابية (طردية) لا تتوافق مع تقدير منحنى فيليبس وهذا ما تم تفسيره بوجود ركود تضخمي في الجزائر.
