Overview
يسعى البحث إلى التعرف على التفكير الإيجابي، والتعرف على أثره على السعادة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المجتمع المبحوث وعددهم ١٤٣٢٢ إداري في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتفكير الإيجابي في تحقيق السعادة الوظيفية المتمثلة بأبعادها (الإنجاز، الحالة الصحية، تقدير الذات).
