هدف البحث الحالي عرض دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسة (الموسيقى والصم Music and The Deaf)، والتعرف على تجارب دولية مختلفة لبعض الممارسات الموسيقية لصم وضعاف سمع موسيقيين (عازفين، مؤلفين، معلمين)، وعرض بعض الدراسات السابقة والأدبيات، للتوصل إلى بعض مقترحات إجرائية للإفادة من الدراسة التحليلية لمؤسسة (الموسيقى والصم Music and The Deaf) في مصر، وكذلك وضع آليات مقترحة لإنشاء غرفة مصادر كوحدة ذات طابع خاص بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة القاهرة.
