تعد المصارف عصب الاقتصاد ومحركه الرئيسي؛ لأنها تحفظ الأموال وتسهل تداولها، وعملية التحويل بإحدى الخدمات المعتادة التي لا تخلو بلد منها، وهي عملية تقدم خدمة للناس في الداخل والخارج، وعملية التصريف المصرفي هي صورة من صور المعاملات المالية أصالةً ومعاصرةً، وبالنظر إلى حقيقتها وما تقوم به من فوائد ومزايا، يتبين أنها تتفق وروح الشريعة الإسلامية. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهجية الاستقرائية. وهذا البحث سيدرس ماهية الحوالة المصرفية، ومشروعيتها وأقسامها، ثم التكييف الفقهي لها.
