Overview
Petrarchism involved many female poetic voices with various outcomes. One of these voices was Isabella Morra (1520-1546). In this study, we will try, through the comparative analytical method, to investigate the links between the songbook of Isabella and the Petrarchist one in an attempt to position the poet's production within female Petrarchism. Finally, the conclusions of the work carried out will be presented regarding the big question of the peculiarity of women's writing.
