إن تعد الأحزاب السياسية من أسس الفكر السياسي الديمقراطي المعاصر، والتي تقوم على أساس وجود تنظيمات وسطية بين الشعب والحكومة، وهي من لوازم النظم السياسية الديمقراطية الحديثة، فما هو الموقف الإسلامي من مسألة التحزب والاعتراف، وهل تقبل تنوع الأحزاب الإسلامي داخل المجتمع المسلم؟ وهل يجوز قبول وجود أحزاب غير إسلامية مسموح له بالعمل في إطار المرجعية الإسلامية العليا لنظام الحكم الإسلامي؟، وهل لهذه الأحزاب السياسية محاسن؟، وهل لها مساوئ ؟.
