Overview
في الآونة الأخيرة ظهرت مجموعة من الانتقادات تتعلق بموضوع وجوب ستر شعر المرأة، وسجلت على هذا الإلزام عدة ملاحظات، مما استلزم وجود دراسة فقهية تنظر في المسألة وتعيد النظر فيها وفي معطياتها وأدلتها بنحو موضوعي وحيادي، بعيدا عن التأثر بالشهرة الواسعة للفتوى بالوجوب. ومشكلة البحث تتمثل في وجود دليل قرآني بالدرجة الأساس أو روائي أيضا ذو دلالة واضحة على الوجوب، بحيث تكون درجة هذا الوضوح منسجمة مع شهرة الفتوى بوجوب التغطية.
