Overview
اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مطالب، هي: أما المقدمة؛ فاشتملت على بيان أهمية البحث، وخطته. وأما المطلب الأول: رأي الشيخ الغزالي في مسألة طلاق الغضبان. وفي المطلب الثاني: اشتمل على اختلاف الفقهاء في المسألة، وأدلتهم؛ تناولت فيه ثلاثة آراء للعلماء في مسألة طلاق الغضبان، وذكرت أدلة كل فريق. المطلب الثالث: الرأي الراجح؛ حيث انتهيت فيه للقول بعدم وقوع طلاق الغضبان عند استحكام الغضب واشتداده، لانعدام قصده. وإليه ذهب بعض المالكية، وبعض الحنابلة منهم شيخ الإسلام ابن تميمة، وابن القيم، وابن عابدين من الحنفية. ثم الخاتمة، وتشتمل على النتائج والتوصيات، وملخص البحث باللغتين، العربية والإنجليزية.
