Overview
يعالج هذا البحث إشكالية تأسيس الوعاء الضريبي للمهنة الحرة في إطار المراقبة الجبائية المعمقة، وهذا بين النظرية في التكييف الجبائي للمهنة والالتزامات المهنية والجبائية وبين التطبيق من خلال أخذ حالة مهنة التوثيق والعمل على استظهار إيراداتها المهنية قصد جبايتها. وتوصلنا في ختام هذه الورقة البحثية إلى جملة من نتائج ومن أهمها هي دائما هناك عنصر فعال أساسي ومباشر للمهنة، يكفي فقط معرفته لتحديد مسطرة الإخضاع، كما قمنا باقتراح نموذج لتأسيس المادة الخاضعة للضريبة التي تعكس بدقة نشاط الموثق.
