Overview
تناولت الدراسة المحاسبة القضائية بين النظرية والتطبيق بالإشارة إلى تجربتي السودان ومصر. هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول المحاسبة القضائية، التحري من عمليات الاحتيال وتحديد مقدارها، إجراء التحليل والتحقق من صحة احتساب مبلغ التعويض المطالب به أمام المحكمة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات والمعلومات والمنهج الاستنباطي للمقارنة بين التجربتين. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: يساهم تطبيق المحاسبة القضائية في حل نزاعات القضايا المالية فيما يخص الشراكات السودانية والمصرية أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الفصل التام بين المحكم للقضايا القانونية والمحاسب القضائي.
