تقوم هذه الورقة البحثية على محاولة استجلاء النظرية الاصطلاحية التي استعان بها علم النحو العربي في الكشف عن مسائله وعن قضاياه التي ينظرها في التراكيب وفي الحقول الدلالية بصفة عامة، والبنيان الاصطلاحي يخلق حاجة ماسة إلى ضرورة تقفي مفاهيمه وتعيينها على الوجه الحقيق بها؛ فماذا يعني المصطلح؟ وما هي شروط كتابته وترميزه؟ وماذا يعني التعريف الاصطلاحي؟ وما هي أبرز إشكالاته؟ وكيف علاجها؟ كل هذه الأسئلة ستحاول هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية الإجابة عنها من خلال المقاربة البينية بين النظرية الاصطلاحية في علم المنطق وبين علم النحو العربي تنظيرا وتطبيقا.
