Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع نموذج لقياس مفهوم التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى موظفي الجامعات الجزائرية، لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم عرض الأطر النظرية المرتبطة بالتفكير الاستراتيجي ومن ثم تصميم أداة الدراسة التي تحتوي على خمسة أبعاد وتم توزيعها على عينة قدرها 108 موظف وموظفة بالجامعات الجزائرية؛ وتم اعتماد برنامج SPSS لإجراء التحليل بالمكونات الأساسية، لتظهر نتائج الدراسة أنه يمكن الاعتماد على الأبعاد الخمسة التالية: التفكير النظمي، القصد الاستراتيجي، الوقت المناسب، الفرص الذكية، تطوير الفرضيات لتمثيل التفكير الاستراتيجي وقياس مستوى تطبيقه لدى موظفي الجامعات الجزائرية.
