هدفت الدراسة لتبين معنى القبض في العقود مفهومه وحقيقته، وأن القبض يختلف في الأشياء باختلاف المعقود عليه، وأن القبض هو ثمرة العقد، وقصد المتعاقدين منه. وأن ما يتم قبضه قبضاً حكمياً كقبض الرصيد، وقبض التيار الكهربائي، والشيك، وغيره من المعاملات المالية المعاصرة، إنما هو قبض صحيح وذلك لأن القبض الحقيقي في مثل هذه المعاملات المالية غير ممكن. ففيه دليل على يسر ديننا الحنيف، وصلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان، على اختلاف المعطيات وتباين المجريات.
