Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الرقابة الداخلية في دعم حوكمة الشركات في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على مزيج من المنهجين الاستنباطي والاستقرائي بأدواتهما الوصف والتحليل، كما تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة من الإطارات في الشركات محل الدراسة، وبعد استرجاعها تم تحليليها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، واستخلاص النتائج الضرورية التي تفيد الدراسة، وتم في الأخير عرض جملة من النتائج والتوصيات ووضع أفاق للدراسة يمكن أن تكون مواضيع بحث مستقبلية.
