Overview
هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية التنويم الإيحائي في خفض الخوف من التحدث أمام الأخرين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث وتساؤلاته، تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي تصميم الحالة الواحدة (أ، ب)، وتكونت العينة من (3) فتيات تتراوح أعمارهن ما بين (12 إلى 13) عاما، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس LSASI، للرهاب الاجتماعي، واستراتيجية التنويم الإيحائي، وبعد تطبيق المقياس قبليا مرتين وبعديا ثلاثة مرات خلال الجلسات، على مجموعة البحث، كشفت النتائج فاعلية التنويم الإيحائي في خفض الخوف من التحدث أمام الأخرين، بوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الحالات المشاركة في البحث، على مقياس LSASI القبلي والبعدي المتعدد، تعزى لاستراتيجية التنويم الإيحائي.
