أكد المقال على ضرورة الدعاء للأبناء بالخير. بين أن الدعاء للأبناء طاعة لرب الأرض والسماء، وخلق من أخلاق الرسل والأنبياء والأتقياء، وحق من حقوق الأبناء على الآباء، ومن أقوى أسباب السعادة والهناء. وقدم معنى الذرية. وشدد على حرمة الدعاء على الأبناء، حيث نهى النبي (عليه الصلاة والسلام) على الدعاء عليهم، وذلك لأنه ربما صادف ساعة إجابة. وأكد على أن الدعاء للذرية مجاب، مبينًا عدم انقطاعه واستمراره دائمًا، فالدعاء لهم قبل ميلادهم، وعند ميلادهم، والدعاء طوال حياتهم بالصلاح والخير، والدعاء بالثبات على التوحيد، وإقامة الصلاة والرزق الواسع. وعرض الدعاء الجامع لصلاح الذرية وهو ما جاء في سورة الأحقاف الآية (15). واختتم المقال ببيان ثمرات الدعاء للذرية بالصلاح والهداية، والتي جاءت في النفع للوالدين وللمسلمين، واستمرار الحسنات للوالدين بوفاتهما حال صلاح الأبناء، ورفع الدرجات في الجنة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2024
