Overview
يشكل التغير المناخي تهديدا فوريا وكبيرا على السكان عبر العالم، كما تعد ظاهرة النزوح البيئي أو المناخي إحدى عواقب تغير المناخ وتدهور البيئة التي يعيش فيها الإنسان، مما يجعله يعيش حالة نزوح مناخي قد تتجاوز حدود دولته، بحثا عن ظروف معيشية ملائمة، في غياب أي مركز قانوني دولي خاص به، الوضع الذي زاده سوءا إلى جانب معاناته المادية رغم الحلول المقترحة ضمن مشاريع لم تلق أي استجابة دولية.
