Overview
Languages make people capable of obtaining knowledge, like writing which helps in developing culture and civilization. Moreover, writing also contributes to record and transfer information. For instance, Chinese symbols are considered an important tool for development since they record and reflect the Chinese civilization in all its aspects. Furthermore, these symbols trace the social life as they shape human culture, history, philosophy, ideology, wisdom and belief. The Chinese symbols harmonize and influence each other as they contribute a lot in the history of the Chinese culture. This study gives an overview about the Chinese symbols as well as an analysis some significant Chinese symbols and a philosophical analysis for some common others. It aims to enhance the comprehension and learning of these symbols. In addition, Chinese symbols reveal the wisdom and the philosophy of the Chinese people. Therefore, this study aids in understanding and clarifying the basics of the Chinese symbols, which have a philosophical origin, to help Arab students to learn them easily.
