هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على الفقر، الإقصاء الاجتماعي والهشاشة في المناطق الحضرية من خلال مراجعة للدراسات السابقة من أسيا، أفريقيا، أمريكا الشمالية والجنوبية من أجل توفير المزيد من المعلومات وفتح النقاش. في هذا العمل تم الاعتماد على البيانات الثانوية Secondary Data (الغير الميدانية) من خلال الأبحاث والدراسات المنجزة في هذا السياق تمت مراجعة العديد من الأدبيات السابقة Literature Reviews للفقر والإقصاء الاجتماعي والهشاشة في المناطق الحضرية لإبراز أهم النتائج المستخلصة والتوصيات المقترحة لهذه الدراسات العلمية.
