Overview
تعاني ليبيا اليوم من معضلة أمنية جراء تنازع الإرادات الداخلية التي أصبحت تبحث عن زيادة مصالحها الخاصة؛ وذلك بالتعاون مع أطراف خارجية تسعى هي الأخرى لعب أدوار لها في ليبيا لزيادة نفوذها والسيطرة على موارد ليبيا الطاقوية لتحقق بذلك أهدافها الاستراتيجية. لكل هذا فإن ليبيا اليوم تعيش أزمة حقيقية تنعكس على التحول السياسي الذي بادرت به الثورة بحثا عن دولة جديدة لتثبيت أسسها ومؤسساتها الوطنية، بعيدا عن الإملاءات الخارجية وأيضا تنازع التيارات الداخلية؛ وهذا ما ستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عليه.
