Overview
تعد المفاوضات محورا أساسيا في العلاقات الدولية، فقد كان طرح حل المفاوضات يشكل مجالا واسعا من مجالات تهدئة الأوضاع وحل الأزمات، لا سيما بين الدول العظمى وذلك حرصا على عدم تحول الصراع إلى كارثة إنسانية بشرية جديدة، والمفاوضات تسهم في إيجاد الحلول، وتحقيق بعض المصالح التي ترمي الدول إلى تحقيقها، وبالتالي يمكن القول إن عملية المفاوضات تشكل محورا مهما من محاور العلاقات السياسية الدولية، وسيتطرق البحث إلى جانب من جوانب المفاوضات الدولية وهو جانب المفاوضات بين إيران وأمريكا الذي يشكل الاتفاق النووي جزءا مهما منه.
