هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطبيق نظرية التناظر (التناغم) في القرآن الكريم، واستكشاف جوانب التناظر الفقهي بين سورتي (المائدة والصف). وتم استخدام منهج البحث الاستنباطي؛ لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من سورتي المائدة والصف المتناظرتين، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من قائمة تحليل واحدة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تناظر فقهي وقانوني بين سورتي المائدة والصف، حيث تضمنت سورة الصف، أحكاما فقهية عامة، وسورة المائدة، تفصيلات هذه الأحكام، ويوصي الباحثون بتطبيق نظرية التناظر على سور القرآن الكريم، وفي العلوم الأخرى.
