Overview
من خلال هذه الدراسة، وفي ظل ما تم تضمينه بها من دلائل جديدة، فإنه قد صار من الممكن القول أن درهم الخليفة هارون الرشيد المنسوب إلى دار الضرب: بيشة المعروفة بمنطقة عسير؛ والمحفوظ في متحف قطر الوطني، إنما هو نفسه الذي يحمل اسم دار السك: بيش المعروفة في منطقة جازان. وفي تقديرنا أن هذا الدرهم بحمله تاريخ السك ١٨٦ هجرية، يكون، وحتى نشر هذه الدراسة، أقدم دليل أثري في مجال المسكوكات الإسلامية يحمل اسم دار السك: بيش، مما يجعله يحظى بأهمية بالغة لا مقدار لها في تاريخ المسكوكات الإسلامية المضروبة في أقاليم المملكة العربية السعودية، وفي منطقة جازان على وجه الخصوص.
