Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الطريقة الهنقارية التي تعد أحد طرق بحوث العمليات وكأحد الطرق الكمية الحديثة، وعرض إسهاماتها في اتخاذ القرارات، وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة الهنقارية لحل المثال المقترح. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن الطرق الكمية الحديثة يمكنها مساعدة المديرين في اتخاذ قرارات فعالة وناجعة والمفاضلة بين البدائل لحل المشاكل التي تعترض متخذي القرار.
