Overview
This research revolves around clarifying the impact of the place of conflict in the legal text for the fundamentalists, and knowing the opinions and sayings of the fundamentalist jurists on the subject of the impact of the place of conflict and their differences in the field of its occurrence, with mentioning some applications on that in the chapter on prayer. To achieve the purpose of the study, the study followed the inductive approach, which is based on the study and extrapolation of the legal texts related to the subject of the study, and then the adoption of the deductive approach to show the impact of the conflict in the issue of prayer as an applied model. Sharia evidence, and if it occurs, it is an apparent contradiction in the minds and understandings of the mujtahids only The researchers recommend working to intensify the studies of the subject of jurisprudence in general because of the great benefit of this great science, and to expand the study of the impact of the conflict and to clarify the related jurisprudential applications in different fields.
