تؤشر الأنثروبولوجيا الفلسفية- فلسفة للثقافة- على أن الثقافة ظاهرة تاريخية، حيث تؤسس الثقافة تواشجا فيما بين البيئة المادية والبيئة الروحية، بين الأفق المادي والأفق الروحي، بين الفردية والكونية. تتعالق الأنثروبولوجيا الفلسفية بالوجود الإنساني عبر الثقافة، إذ تدرس البيوت الثقافية والبيئات الروحية للمعنى المتوشج بالوجود الإنساني. تدنو الثقافات من أن تكون إيكولوجيا روحية لأجل الفهم فهم ديناميات المعنى عبر التواصل الودود.
