فقد قدمت هذا البحث وهو بعنوان \"الإقالة\" وهو عبارة عن الوقوف على تعريف الإقالة من خلال مذاهب الفقهاء، وقمت بالتعليق على كل تعريف، وبينت الأكثر دقة من وسط هذه التعريفات، ثم تناولت أدلة ثبوت الإقالة من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع والمعقول، وبينت الألفاظ ذات الصلة بالإقالة، وحكمة مشروعية الإقالة، ثم جاءت خاتمة البحث مشتملة على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في نهاية البحث، وختمت البحث بأهم المصادر والمراجع التي قد اعتمدت عليها.
