تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مدى استحضار وتفعيل الاجتهاد المقاصدي في قضايا الأسرة المسلمة في ظل التغيرات المعاصرة، من خلال ضبط المفاهيم الأساسية واستعراض أهم التغيرات في شتى المجالات، وأثرها على واقع الأسرة وما أفرزته من مسائل وإشكالات تصورية وسلوكية وعلاقات، ثم محاولة تناولها مقاصديا عبر جملة مستويات وآليات اجتهادية.
