Overview
تعد التوائم الملتصقة حالة نادرة الوقوع، إلا أنها رغم ندرتها لم تدعها الشريعة الإسلامية دون حكم شرعي، وإن لم يوجد فيها نص صريح إلا أن الشارع الحكيم فتح باب الاجتهاد فيها لكي لا يبقي أي واقعة دون حكم شرعي، فيهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة التوأم المتلاصقة، وبيان أنواعها، ليبني على أساس ذلك الحكم الشرعي في ميراثها، وقد تألف البحث من مقدمة، وثلاثة مطالب، وخاتمة. تضمن المطلب الأول: معنى التوأم الملتصق، والثاني: ميراث التوأم السيامي، وقد بينا فيه: تعريفه، وأنواعه، وميراثه، وأما المطلب الثالث: ميراث التوأم الطفيلي، وقد بينا فيه تعريفه، وأنواعه، وميراثه، وانتهى بخاتمة أوجزنا فيها أبرز نتائج البحث.
