Overview
ناقشت هذه الدراسة حق الخصوصية للمستفيدين من المكتبات الرقمية، وهدفت لتحليل سياسات المكتبات الرقمية بتطبيقها للأنظمة والقوانين الصادرة عن بعض الدول والمنظمات الدولية التي تعني بخصوصية المستفيدين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المنظمات الدولية تعمل على تبني قوانين حفظ الخصوصية ونشرها بين المكتبات، كما أن المكتبات تطبق هذه السياسات بشكل جزئي، شريطة أن لا يتعارض تطبيق الخصوصية مع مصالحها الشخصية.
