هدف البحث إلى اختبار أثر لجنة التدقيق كإحدى آليات الحوكمة وتأثيرها على مستوى الإفصاح عن رأس المال الفكري في الشركات الصناعية السودانية، وتناول التقارير السنوية للشركات الصناعية السودانية للفترة (2015-2021)، واستخدام تحليل الانحدار والارتباط لتحديد لعلاقة بين المتغيرات البحث، وتوصل إلى وجود علاقة وتأثير معنوية للجنة التدقيق في مستوى الإفصاح عن رأس المال الفكري، وأوصى البحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات المحاسبية المتعلقة بمدى قيام الشركات بتطبيق آليات الحوكمة ومدى إفصاحها عن رأس المال الفكري..
