This study investigates how Arabic conflict resolution strategies are translated into English using the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI), which categorizes conflict styles into avoiding, competing, accommodating, collaborating, and compromising. It addresses the challenges of translating these strategies due to linguistic and cultural differences, aiming to retain the original text's effectiveness. The research analyzes Arabic texts to identify translation issues and suggests methods for effective English translation. The findings enhance understanding of the relationship between language, culture, and conflict resolution, benefiting both translation studies and intercultural communication.
