Overview
The study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of work life on the mental image of the organization among employees, \"an applied study on workers in the general staff at Mansoura University.\" The researcher relied on a deliberate sample of workers in the general staff at Mansoura University, amounting to (276) individuals. The researcher used a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the variables of the study. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of the quality of work life and the dimensions of the mental image of the organization at a level of moral significance (0.05) from the point of view of the employees of the general staff at Mansoura University under study. The results of the study resulted in a \"healthy and safe work environment.\" Social justice, wages and incentives, and the boss's style of supervision) as variables of the dimensions of the quality of work life have a statistically significant effect on the emotional dimension for the research sample of employees of the general staff at Mansoura University under study. It can also be said that (social justice, wages and incentives (A healthy and safe work environment, participation in decision-making) as variables. The dimensions of the quality of work life have a statistically significant impact on the cognitive dimension for the research sample of workers in the general staff at Mansoura University under study. The results of the study resulted in the fact that (a healthy and safe work environment, justice Social, participation in decision-making) as variables of the dimensions of the quality of work life has a statistically significant effect on the behavioral dimension for the research sample of workers in the general staff at Mansoura University under study.
