Overview
يعتبر الأمن الغذائي شرط من شروط الاكتفاء الغذائي للدول والأفراد، وذلك من خلال توفر الغذاء الكافي كماً ونوعاً حتى يتمكنوا من عيش حياة صحية ونشطة ومنتجة بطريقة مستدامة، ومن أجل إبراز أهم المتغيرات التي تؤثر في استدامة الأمن الغذائي. حاولنا في هذه الدراسة تحديد تأثير بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على مؤشر الأمن الغذائي لدول شمال إفريقيا من خلال نموذج بانل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مؤشر الرقم القياسي، ومعدل النمو السكاني، نسبة واردات السلع الغذائية، ومتغير استهلاك الأسر من الغذاء جاءت ذات تأثير إيجابي على مؤشر إنتاج الغذاء، وجاء كل من نسبة صادرات السلع الغذائية، والاستقرار السياسي بعلاقة عكسية مع مؤشر إنتاج الغذاء.
