Overview
يظهر انتعاش النشاط الفندقي في معدل نمو الاستثمار في هذا القطاع، وعليه فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لقياس دالة الاستثمار في القطاع الفندقي بهدف إبراز العوامل الخارجية المؤثرة على النشاط الفندقي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى غاية 2022، بالإضافة إلى إظهار مدى تأثير كل عامل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المتغيرات التي لها تأثير على دالة الاستثمار في نشاط الفندقة في الجزائر تتمثل أساسا في الاستقرار والأمن السياحي، سعر الصرف وعدد السياح الوافدين.
