Overview
يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على فجوة الإنجاز لدى المرشدين التربويين وتحديد مستوى فجوة الإنجاز، ولنقل تلك الأهداف إلى حيز الدراسة والتطبيق قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس فجوة الإنجاز اعتمادا على تعريف (Anderman, 1988) وقد تم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس فجوة الإنجاز والتحقق من الصدق الظاهري والصدق البنائي وحساب الثبات بطريقتين إذ بلغت قيمة معامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ (٠,٨٦) وبطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.88)، وبعد تطبيق المقياس بصورته النهائية على العينة (٢٥٠) مرشدا ومرشدة تم سحبها بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث فقد أظهرت النتائج أن المرشدين التربويين (ذكور، إناث) يمتلكون فجوة إنجاز عالية، وفي ضوء هذا النتائج انتهى البحث بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات...
