Overview
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تطوير الإطار القانوني للعمل الصحفي دون الحد من حرية الممارسة الإعلامية بغرض حفظ حقوق الأفراد والمجتمع جراء هذه الحرية ذلك أن الهدف المنوط هو الموازنة بين حقوق الصحفي والغير موازنة دون قيد أو إطلاق لأحد الحقوق على الآخر من خلال آلية حق الرد والتصحيح. كما نبحث أثر وتداعيات حق الرد والتصحيح على الممارسة الإعلامية وقدرة هذه الأخيرة على الإسهام في سيرورة التحول الديمقراطي للدول بيسر من خلال خطاب إعلامي متزن.
