Overview
المحكمة العليا هي الهيئة القضائية العليا المقومة لأعمال المجالس القضائية والمحاكم من خلال توحيد الاجتهاد القضائي والسهر على احترام القانون، فهل تعد تلك القرارات ملزمة لقضاة المحاكم والمجالس القضائية؟ وهل كل ما يصدر عنها من قرارات تعد سليمة ومطابقة للقانون؟ إجابة عن هذه الإشكالية سوف نتطرق إلى بعض القرارات الصادرة عن المحكمة العليا المحددة لموقفها من إعادة تكيف عقود العمل المحددة المدة إلى عقود غير محددة المدة مبدين موقفنا منها.
