Overview
في ظل التحديات التي فرضها الاستعمار على الهوية العربية، برزت أهمية التعريب كاستراتيجية لمواجهة محاولات طمس الهوية الثقافية. وقد شمل هذا المشروع جوانب الحياة كافة، من السياسة إلى الاقتصاد والتعليم. وفي الجزائر، اتخذت الدولة خطوات جادة لتعريب مؤسساتها وإداراتها، رغم العقبات التي واجهتها، وقد سعت الدول العربية، التي عانت من الاستعمار كذلك، إلى استعادة هويتها من خلال تعريب مختلف جوانب الحياة. وفي الجزائر، تم بذل جهود كبيرة لتعزيز مكانة اللغة العربية في التعليم والإدارة، بدعم من مؤسسات متخصصة كالمجلس الأعلى للغة العربية. ورغم التحديات، فإن هذا المشروع لا يزال يحظى بأهمية كبيرة، ولهذا جاء مقالنا هذا ليسلط بعض الضوء عن الجهود المبذولة في عملية التعريب منذ الاستقلال إلى اليوم.
