Overview
نظمت الشريعة الإسلامية التعامل بين الناس من بيع وشراء وصرف وبنيان، وحرمت الاعتداء والإضرار بالغير، ويعتبر مجال البنيان من أهم ما عنيت به وذلك لتوقف حاجة الناس عليه، حيث أن السكن مطلب اجتماعي وقبل أن يكون اجتماعيا فهو من أهم أركان التمدن والعمران الحضاري، وهو مرحلة من مراحل قيام الدولة التي تبتدئ أساسا بالأسرة فالعشيرة ثم القبيلة ثم المدينة فالدولة.
