Overview
تروم هذ الدراسة لبحث قضايا الحقوق والحريات في المغرب، بحيث أن الوثيقة الدستورية لسنة 2011 حملت مجموعة من المستجدات والمتغيرات المهمة التي مست مجال حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة، وهو الأمر الذي عكسته مضامينه الحقوقية التي حاولت تجاوز محدودية التجربة الدستورية السابقة، وعلى هذا الأساس تم توسيع وإغناء مجموعة من الحقوق عبر تعزيز المسار الديموقراطي والبناء المؤسساتي/ القانوني لحماية حقوق الإنسان، كما شهد الميثاق الدستوري إيلاء أهمية قصوى للبعد الهوياتي في التجربة الانتقالية المغربية وهما الأمران الأساسيان اللذان سيناقشان على متن فحوى هذه الدراسة.
