Overview
يعتبر التهرب الضريبي كل محاولة من المكلف الضريبي الامتناع عن تسديد الضريبة كلا أو جزءا، إرضاء لرغباته الشخصية مما يؤدي إلى إضعاف حصيلة الدولة المالية، مستخدما بذلك شتى الطرق والأساليب، كأن يتعمد إعطاء معلومات غير صحيحة عن الدخل، أو يبالغ في تقدير التكاليف القابلة للخصم، أو قد يعمد بعض المكلفين إلى استغلال نقص أو غموض في صياغة النص الضريبي للتهرب من دفع الضريبة.
